The website indicates that on September 8, 1965, in Colonia San Pablo, Argentina, there was a close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants at close range. A witness name "Abrigo" is given by the website, and the source is indicated as "Uriondo, Oscar A.".
Points to consider:
Oscar Adolfo Uriondo was the author of several ufology books and numerous articles and reports. Giving only his name as source is of course insufficient to allow a prompt retrieval of the source material.
There is no "Colonia San Pablo" in Argentina; the place is a lepper colony in Peru.
