A ufologist informed the editor of the Flying Saucer Review that in Huanuco, Peru, on September 1, 1965 at 5 o'clock in the morning, a foreigner who wanted to remain anonymous saw an oval shaped UFO landing, very close to him on the landing strip of a large property. An entity emerged from it, of some 85 centimeters in height and whose head was twice larger than there ours.
When seeing the man, the creature is said to have made gestures an signs as if it tried to communicate, and as it was not successful, returned in the UFO, which became luminous and disappeared right in the sky. Previously, the witness is said to have felt "a strange feeling which seemed to force him to go towards the place where the apparatus landed."
The case reportedly appeared in the newspaper El Comercio, of Lima, Peru, at some unknown day of September 1965. An unnamed correspondent in Peru seems at the origin of the case and is said to know the witness.

[Ref. gc1:] GORDON CREIGHTON:
Gordon Creighton, the editor of the famous Flying Saucer Review, reports for the compilation by Charles Bowen, that in Huanuco, Peru, on September 1, 1965 at 5 o'clock in the morning, a "foreigner who did not want that his name is published" saw a UFO of oval form landing very close to him on the landing strip of a large property. An entity emerged from it, of some 85 centimeters in height and whose head was twice as large than ours. When seeing the man, the creature started to make gestures and to make signs as if it tried to communicate, and as it did not manage be comprehensible, it returned in the UFO, which became luminous and disappeared straight in the sky. Previously, the man had felt "a strange feeling which seemed to force him to go towards the place where UFO landed." Creighton indicates as sources: El Comercio, of Lima, Peru, for September 1965, whose date of exact publication is unknown to him, and a list of some recent UFO landings in Peru which Donald Hanlon had sent to the attention of the Flying Saucer Review in a letter of November 23, 1965. Creighton specifies that Donald Hanlon's correspondent in Peru, who sent the account of this case to him, knows the witness.
[Ref. lo1:] CORAL AND JIM LORENZEN:
The authors briefly summarize that on September 1, 1965, near Huanaco, Peru, a tiny man of about thirty-four inches high with a head about twice the size of a human head was seen emerging from an oval-shaped object which landed on the private airstrip of a large estate. The being made gestures at the one witness who requested anonymity, then entered the machine which vanished.
[Ref. jv1:] JACQUES VALLEE:
Jacques Vallée indicates, based on "personal" sources, that on September 1, 1965 at 05:00, in Huanuco, Peru, a worker observed the landing of an oval object on an airfield where he had gone "drawn by a strange feeling." Four other persons also saw the object, from which "a dwarfish creature, 85 cm tall", emerged. The entity had a head double the size of a normal human head, and made gestures that were not understood. He reentered the machine, which became illuminated and took off, first vertically, then toward the west.
[Ref. ag1:] ARMANDO GALANT:
A web page by Armando Gallant indicates that on September 1, 1965 in Huanuco, Peru, five people saw an oval object go down, from which came out a humanoid being of some 85 cm of stature whose head was of double size of that of a normal human head, which made incomprehensible gestures, reentered its ship; which rose vertically and then took the direction of the West.
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales reports in his catalogue that in Huanuco, Peru, on September 1, 1965, at 05:00 a.m., after obeying a "strange inner urge" a foreigner of undisclosed name and country saw, at very close range, an oval shaped UFO land on an airstrip belonging to a big estate. An entity 33" tall, with a head twice the size of ours, emerged and made gestures as though trying to communicate. Failing to do so, the being re-entered the machine, which became luminous and took off vertically. The witness had felt an odd sensation that had led him to the spot where the UFO landed, before it had appeared.
Albert Rosales indicates as source Donald Hanlon for FSR.

The website indicates that on September 1, 1965 at 05:00, in Huanuco, Peru, a worker observed the landing of an oval object on an airfield where he had gone "drawn by a strange feeling." He reentered the machine, which became illuminated and took off, first vertically, then toward the west.
The website comments that the oval object departed from an airport by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight.
The website provides a second summary below, indicating that after obeying a "strange inner urge" a foreigner of undisclosed name and country saw, at very close range, an oval shaped UFO land on an airstrip belonging to a big estate. An entity 33" tall, with a head twice the size of ours, emerged and made gestures as though trying to communicate. Obvious lack of data and apparently lack of investigation report about this case make it impossible to give much credence to it.
It seems that the lone anonymous witness mentioned it the earliest available source changed to 5 witnesses later with Jacques Vallée.
