Normandin, APRO correspondant, reportedly indicated that in Carlington Heights, Ontario, Canada, in August 1965, at 9 p.m., a man named Harris and his woman friend were parked near an underground reservoir, when they saw an object with four headlights on the bottom going down slowly to less than 15 to 20 feet from the reservoir.

A sliding door of the machine opened and one, then three figures were visible, positioned in the door. The figures were silhouettes, "dark, and shiny", and after 15 minutes, the witnesses drove away.
