Jacques Vallée Jacques indicated that on August 15, 1965, at 02:00 a.m., in Nablus, a guard saw a boat-like object flying at high speed, with red flames on its sides. It circled and came low over a farm. In fear, the man fired at it with his rifle.

The sources are indicated as Aerial Phenomena Research Organization, APRO Bulletin, APRO, Tucson; FSR, FSR (formerly Flying Saucer Review), FSR, London, 1966; Vallee, Jacques, A Century of Landings (N = 923) (in JVallee04), Chicago, 1969; and Schoenherr, Luis, Computerized Catalog (N = 3173).
Points to consider:
The only source of the time which is available for me, i.e. the Jacques Vallée UFO landings catalogue, not only does not mention a landing, but does not mention an occupant. Perhaps this is the case in other sources that are not yet available for me.
The information is altogether insufficient for an evaluation.
