British ufologist Gordon Creighton indicated that a report from Caracas, Venezuela, appeared in the night edition of the London Evening News newspaper for August 6, 1965.

It stated that a farmer in that country had seen a "mysterious object" land on his property and leave behind "a scorched area 40 yards wide in his corn." "Three strange beings from Outer Space" emerged from the machine but when the farmer began walking towards them, they were "whipped back into it", and it took off at once.

Reported on August 6, 1965: "In an British newspaper was the following report from Caracas, Venezuela - Three strange beings from outer space landed on a farm labourer's corn patch at Caracas, but took off hurriedly when approached, according to the latest stream of 'flying object' spottings reported by South American newspapers. The farm worker who lives on the outskirts of Caracas, told reporters of a 'mysterious round object' that whipped the three beings back into space and left a 40-yard circular scorch mark on his corn plot."

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that near Caracas, Venezuela, on no later than August 5, 1965, at an unknown time, a farmer saw a mysterious object land on his property, leaving a scorched area 40 yards wide in the corn. Three "strange beings from outer space" emerged, but when the farmer approached they were "whipped back into it" and the object took off.

The website indicates that on August 6, 1965, in Caracas, Venezuela, an object was observed. Ground traces were found. The object was about 150 feet across and was observed by one witness on a farm. Three beings were seen.
