I seems that ufologist Fabio Picasso reported that in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on July 22, 1965, at 1920, one Ruben Angel Napoli spotted an object floating in mid-air and next to it, two human-like figures also floating about.

We are told that "apparently" he was able to take two photographs of the scene, one of then "supposedly" shows a glowing object and a robot-like figure next to it.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on July 22, 1965, at 1920, Ruben Angel Napoli spotted an object floating in mid-air and next to it, two human like figures also floating about. Apparently he was able to take two photographs of the scene. One of the photos supposedly shows a glowing object and a "robot-like" figure next to it.

What can be said of such a report? Nothing, except wondering why the source is reduced to a ufologist's name, to wonder where these photographs taken by the witness are, and to wonder why a case who should have made some fuss since photographs were taken, we are told, seems to remain unheard of if it were for this single reference in Albert Rosales' catalogue.
