The Flying Saucer Review reportedly told that in Long Beach, Mississippi, on January 20, 1965, at 09:40 a.m., a slow flying object was seen. It is said that two figures were observed, one of which seemed to be operating a "camera like device," as observed from the ground.
A website mentions that the US Air Force stated that it was a conventional aircraft mistaken for a UFO.
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Long Beach, Mississippi, on January 20, 1965, at 09:40 a.m., a slow flying object was seen. Two figures were observed (presumably on board, through windows or however), one of which seemed to be operating a "camera like device," as observed from the ground. No other information.
Albert Rosales indicates as source "Donald Hanlon, FSR Vol. 11 #2."
The website indicates that on January 20, 1965, at 09:40 a.m., in Long Beach, Mississippi, USA, an object was observed on the shore by someone named Conlin. Two occupants of the craft were seen.
The explanation of the case is that it was an aircraft.
The sources are indicated as Webb, David, HUMCAT: Catalogue of Humanoid Reports; Project Bluebook, (USAF) Blue Book files counted in official statistics; FSR, FSR (formerly Flying Saucer Review), FSR, London, 1966; Pereira, Jader U. Les Extra-Terrestres, Phenomenes Spatiaux, Paris, 1974 Schoenherr, Luis, Computerized Catalog (N = 3173); Eberhart, George M., A Geo-Bibliography of Anomalies, Greenwood Press, Westport, 1980, ISBN:0-313-21337-2.
Points to consider:
FSR Vol. 11 #2 does not seem have articles by Donald Hanlon, and Donald Hanlon is probably actually Gordon Creighton, FSR editor at the time.
It seems this case, almost without ainformation, was explained by the US Air Force as a commonplace aircraft.
