Apparently a simple rumor, which may have started in a New-Zealand UFO bulletin, or also in a Peruvian UFO book, claims say that a craft landed in the area of Irkutsk, Siberia, Russia, in 1961. A doctor is said to have seen the craft and its two occupants and to have taken photographs; which are nowhere to be found.
One later source claims the craft was rocket-shaped with two legs, another late source claims it was disc-shaped and the KGB covered-up the event.
Nothing else seems to be known.

[Ref. hd1] HENRY DURRANT:
The author indicates that in 1961, in the surroundings of Irkutsk, a craft in the shape of a rocket, with four feet, was seen on the ground, as well as its two occupants, and was photographed by a doctor of nearby laboratory.
The author indicates that the source is the Flying Saucer Review for May 1967 publishing a correspondence of Robert Pinotti, and "N-Z.S.A.C.U." for September 12, 1962 on page 2.
[Ref. ar1] ANTONIO RIBERA:
The author indicates that in 1961, a rumor spread about a disc with two humanoids that were said to have been seen and photographed by a doctor close to Irkutsk in Soviet Union.
But "the KGB, or Soviet secret police, paid a visit to the witness and nothing more was heard about the film nor even of the fact."
The author indicates that this case is extracted from "A study on UFOs", a book by Richard Greenwell, an English researcher and secretary-general of the APRO, published a few years before in Peru.
I was unable to find the book by Robert Greenwell mentioned by Antonio Ribera. One problem is that Ribera's editor translated the title which must have been in Spanish since it was published in Peru, to French.
I was unable to locate any group or publication from New-Zealand called "N-Z.S.A.C.U."
I am left with a vague rumor with starting points in New-Zealand and Peru, when the alleged event is in Russia. The two available version are even in contradiction since Durant talks of a rocket-shaped four-legged craft and Ribera of a disc-shaped craft. Ribera talks of a KGB cover-up while Durrant does not. No exact date, no time, no precise place, no witness name, no local source do not make much of a case here.
