Someone reported to a ufology website that he/she was very young but already able to read, roughly 1959, during the night, when something weird occurred.
The witness was reading in the kitchen with his/her grandmother and mother where there was no electrical light but a small oil lamp on the table. The mother was cooking, the grandmother embroidered and used a spindle and a large ball of wool.
When they noticed that the hens were alarmed, as if some dog or wandered threatened them, the grandmother and the mother went outside with the oil lamp to check what was going on, and the witness continued to read with a smaller lamp.
At some point, the witness looked at the chair where the grandmother had been sitting and where she had left the spindle, and saw, in the chair, a small being. The only thing the witness could see because of his great alarm was a maroon clothing, with some sort of flat hat, and it held in its hands the grandmother's spindle. The witness did not see the face.
The witness yelled, the grandmother and mother run inside, have him/her some water, and asked what happened. The witness told it, but they answered "no, it is surely because you read too much, you see things". The witness indicates that today still, she/he is certain of what she/he saw.

[Ref. pc1:] PROYECTO CATENT:
This web site received a testimony by someone who indicates that he/she was then very young but was already able to read, that the year was roughly 1959 and that during the night, he/she was with his/her grandmother and mother in the kitchen where there was no electrical light because it might have been turned off. There was lighting to see correctly on the outside and a small oil lamp on the table. The witness was reading, the mother was cooking, the grandmother embroidered, then when finished started to knit with a large spindle and a large ball of wool, when they noticed that the hens were alarmed, as if some dog or person was out there to eat or steal them.
The grandmother and the mother then went outside with the oil lamp to check what was going on, and the witness continued to read with a smaller lamp. At some point, the witness looked at the chair where the grandmother had been sitting and where she had left the spindle, and then saw in the chair a small being. The only thing the witness could see because of a great alarm was a maroon clothing, with some sort of flat hat, and it held in its hands the grandmother's spindle. The witness did not see the face.
The witness yelled, the grandmother and mother run inside, have him/her some water, and asked what happened. The witness told it, but they answered "no, it is surely because you read too much, you see things". The witness indicates that today still, she/he is certain of what she/he saw.
A drawing by the witness is with the narrative, I indicate below what it shows, without indicating the handwritten captions that I am unable to decipher faithfully (See the original source in the references). On the left is what the witness saw, and on the right, an interpretation of what it would have been if seen standing and upfront.
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Fiambala, Catamarca, Argentina, in 1959, at night, the young witness remembered being in her house with her mother and grandmother and the lights going out. As her mother and grandmother investigated a commotion with the chickens in the yard, the witness saw, apparently standing on a chair in the living room, a very small dwarf-like creature wearing a brown smock and a large floppy hat, she was not able to see his face. The witness screamed and her mother and grandmother came running in the room, by this time the little man had disappeared.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Proyecto CATENT, Argentina.
The witness is anonymous and reported via the Internet, thus there are no elements of credibility. However, the nature of the story and the way it is reported also make it very unlikely that it was invented to get attention or any other benefit, there are no whimsical claims, so it is very possible that it is an honest and genuine report of a real experience.
When the experience occurred, the witness tells, he or she was a child who reached the age of reading. This is very young. It is reported about 4 decades later. Thus, it was lived at an age when one can be very impressed, and reported very late with the possibility that the memories are not complete or entirely faithful.
No UFO was seen, thus there is no reason to assume that the witness saw a UFO occupant.
The sketches by the witness are important. That of the left is what was the witness actually saw. That of the right is what the witness thinks the entity would have been if it had been seen from the front and standing. This proves that the witness is imaginative. For example, the witness indicates that no face was seen, yet allots a face to the entity in imagination, with eyes, nose, mouth.
The lighting conditions were obviously poor. With apparently only a small oil lamp left in the room, all sorts of shadows can create an eerie atmosphere, enforced by the fact that the mother and grandmother were rightfully alarmed by something going on outside. This alarm can only impress a young child.
When the grandmother and mother came back in the kitchen, they obviously gave negative conclusions: "you must have been seeing things". This is as close as an investigation of the experience can be. These are close relatives who know the witness, and who obviously saw no entity when they came into the kitchen.
The entity description make it possible that what was on the chair was actually some piece of clothes that the grandmother was working on, and put on the chair when she left the kitchen. To the witness eyes, in the poor lighting and under the sense of danger, it might have been interpreted as some sort of entity. The witness probably forgot how this "entity" disappeared: it is possible that when the mother and grandmother came back into the kitchen, they stood between the witness and the chair the entity was one, that one of then picked up whatever constituted the supposed entity, and that only then the story was given by the witness. It is also possible that when the relatives came back in, a draught occurred and that the knitwork that had the entity shape on the chair fell down or collapsed, giving the impression that the entity was not there anymore.
The above possibilities are only possibilities, speculations, however, before considering that the experience was really a sighting of an unknown entity, they must be discarded with reasons, and they were not.
