The report was on the CAUS ufology website, disappeared with the website, was probably a reader's email report, and then entered one ufology catalogue.
The person apparently reported that in Chillicothe, Ohio, in 1955, at night, he or she remembers floating out of his second floor bedroom window, and rising up into a hovering disc shaped object. Inside, several short gray creatures with huge black eyes, apparently performed several very "unpleasant" procedures on him/her.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Chillicothe, Ohio, in 1955, at night, the witness remembers floating out of his bedroom window, which was on the second floor, and rising up into a hovering disc shaped object. Inside several short gray creatures with huge black eyes, apparently performed several very "unpleasant" procedures on the witness.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is CAUS.
Points to consider:
The Citizen Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS) web site, disappeared circa 2006, had a number of web pages where reader's reports were published, ranging from interesting to nonsensical, the majority of them being simply published and not investigated case files. This is the likely origin for this report.
This case could have been an hypnagogic dream. The disappearance of the original source and the low chances of getting any further information for any investigation about it make it very unlikely that anything more than that can be said about it.
