1955, PRAGUE, PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, R.:

Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

It seems that somebody of male sex called "R." told a story that appeared in a British ufology bulletin in 1997,saying that close to Prague, Czechoslovakia, in 1955, during the night, whereas he was sleeping alone, he suddenly woke up to see a woman with beautiful blue eyes looking at him. The woman talked to him about some things that are not reported, in a musical voice, and told him that they will meet again some day, then, she disappeared.

Two years later, he "saw" her again in Nottingham in England, accompanied by a shining light and two men who talked to him in the same musical voice. The woman mentioned a UFO accident, without any detail, and woke him up while singing for him.

Narratives:

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that near Prague, Czechoslovakia, in 1955, at night, the lone male witness, R, is sleeping and suddenly wakes up to see a woman with beautiful blue eyes staring at him. She speaks to him in a musical voice, before disappearing she tells him that they will someday meet again. Two years later he sees her again in Nottingham England along with a bright light and two men who speak to him in the same musical voice. They mention a UFO crash (no details) and awake him while "singing" to him.

Albert Rosales indicates that the source is NUFON 177, October 1997.

Points to consider:

NUFON stands, as of 2008, for Norfolk UFO Network, a non-profit ufology society in U-K formed in the Spring of 1998 by several local UFO investigators, to encourage the scientific study of the UFO phenomenon in Norfolk. Their website as of 2008 is at people.netcom.co.uk/i.read

NUFON also stood for Northern UFO Network, formed in 1973, a loose federation of local UFO groups throughout northern England. At the peak about 20 groups were members. From 1974 on, they published a newsletter called Northern UFO News, or NUFON News, an A5, 16 pages, about six issues per year publication. NUFON has disbanded, however, ufologist Jenny Randles continued to edit NUFON News until 2002, and as of 2008, she and Robert Moore started to work on turning the past issues into electronic documents for web publication at www.nufonews.co.uk

As for the case, it starts in the sleep, describe a "woman with beautiful eyes" and not an alien or any other weird creature, and this could have been, very likely, a dream or an hypnagogic hallucination, or purely invented. the same applies to the second "encounter", the sound as stimulus for waking up being a classical feature of hypnagogic hallucinations, in which real stimulus interfere with the hallucination either to start it or so stop it by waking up the sleeper.

The information is totally insufficient. Suffice to say that it supposedly occurred in 1955, was reported in a UFO bulletin in 1997, which likely means that the experiencer was a child when it happened, and is age is not even specified.

I provide a few references among dozens about the topic of hypnagogic hallucination and sleep paralysis:
