Investigator Roger Gayral reported in 1976 that in August of 1955, at approximately 10:00 p.m., in Cazères in the district Gironne, the Haute-Garonne, Mrs. Dejean was busy putting the hook at the window of her bedroom, when she saw in the meadow towards the Ayguecau brook, two objects posed on the ground; which resembled egg shells "with absolutely beautiful lights."
Near these objects were two beings approximately 90 centimeters tall who had bald heads.
Mr. Dejean stood up, witnessed the display and took his rifle to go alert the neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Araignon, who did not see anything more but two reddish stars.
Mr. Dejean's dog had barked and at once, the two craft had flown away fast.
There were traces of metal drops like of molten aluminum; which formed two circles from 2 to 3 meters in diameter on the ground. The drops were large as a fingernail of the small finger and lengthened as if they had fallen from a machine in rotation. The two circles were at approximately a 3 meters distance one from the other. The "drops" were only on the border of those circles.
A few times after, following a rain, the grass grew back everywhere except at the site of these two circles, where it remained dry.
Mr. Dejean had died in 1972, and that Mrs. Dejean is 80 years old and seemed "diminished morally", while the information on the observation came from the neighbor Mrs. Araignon, farmer, who is said to have an excellent memory.

[Ref. rg1:] ROGER GAYRAL:
This ufologist of the ufology group OVNI-Toulouse indicates that in August 1955, Mr and Mrs Dejan were 60 years old and lived in a one-floor farm in the district "Gironne", at the edge of a way coming from the DC 10, at 1 km approximately. On the other side of this way, there was a meadow in slope and a little downwards, some trees at the edge of the Ayguecau brook which runs out towards the Garonne located at approximately 2 kilometers in the east. Roger Gayral notes that in addition to the brook, there are 7 or 8 fountain sources.
At approximately 10 p.m., in a very dark night that month of 1955, Mrs. Dejean went to put the hook at the one of the two windows of the room, when she saw in the meadow, at ten meters of the brook, two objects resembling egg shells with multicolored gleams, of great beauty.
Next to these objects, there were two beings of very small size, 0.90 meters tall, with bald heads.
She called her husband, he stood up and attended the display, but took its rifle to go inform the closest neighbors, Mr and Mrs Araignon.
His dog started to bark and the objects flew away at once quickly, the neighbors saw nothing more than two large reddish "stars" in the sky in the direction of the center of Cazère, i.e. in the south.
On the spot, there were traces, metal drops resembling molten aluminum, forming two circumferences from 2 to 3 meters in diameter approximately, these circles being with 3 meters approximately one from the other. The drops were the size of the nail of the small finger, they were only in the circumferences of these circles, and were lengthened, as if they had fallen from a craft in rotation.
Some short time later, after a rain, the grass grew back everywhere except in these two circles where it remained dry.
Mrs Araignon made this report to Roger Gayral as she was still in the same farm, while Mr Dejean died four years ago and Mrs Dejean had moved.
Mrs Araignon had shown him the exact place of the landing, a place where she had gone in August 1955 at once after the departure of the objects.
Roger Gayral notes that Mrs Araignon, farmer, seemed very balanced, had an excellent memory and was very co-operative.
He also met with Mrs Dejean, now 80 years old, seeming morally down, and she did not remember anything, except the "multicolored garlands", but she stated that in 1970 or 1971 close to Cazères near the railway, in the Pigaine district where she now lived, she saw in full day, a kind of lengthened gray balloon, moving without noise at the height of the rare houses at this place.
The LDLN editor notes that it is regrettable that the information surfaces only 21 years after the occurrence since it might have been possible to analyze the fragments.

[Ref. cc1:] GILBERT CORNU AND HENRI CHALOUPEK:
The authors indicate that on August 8, 1955, in France, in Cazères in the Haute-Garonne, Mrs. Dejean saw from the window of her bedroom two objects posed on the ground close to a brook in a meadow.
Besides were two beings of small sizes with bald heads; her husband attended the "display", because these two objects released lights of real beauty.
The husband then took his shotgun and went to warn his neighbors but in the time that these neighbors looked in their turn, all had disappeared and they saw nothing more but two reddish stars in the sky.
On the spot, traces of metal drops like molten aluminum were found; which formed on the ground two circles from 2 to 3 meters in diameter, with drops large like the nail of the small finger and lengthened as if they had fallen from a machine in rotation.
A few times afterwards, following a rain, the grass grew back everywhere except at the site of these two circles where it remained dry.
Mr. Dejean preserved some of the metal samples, but when the investigators were informed, a long time afterwards, they could not be found.
The authors comment on that this loss; which they regret "might be interpreted in various ways!"
The authors indicate as source "LDLN #158".
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Cazeres, Haute Garonne France, on August, 1955, at 10:00 p.m., Mme De Jean, 60, went to close her bedroom window and saw in a meadow across the road "2 objects resembling egg shells, with multicolored lights of great beauty, and beside these objects two beings of very small stature (3 ft tall) with bald heads." She called her husband to look; he took his gun and went to notify the nearest neighbors, but when his dog began to bark the objects rapidly flew off, and the neighbors saw only two large reddish "stars." At the site were found two rings, 6 to 10 ft in diameter and 10 ft apart, of elongated drops of metal "resembling melted aluminum," the size of the fingernail of the little finger. After the next rain, grass grew everywhere except inside these circles.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Roger Gayral, LDLN, #158, and Humcat 1955-30.
Missing the primary source for now, I would only note that the story seems to rest primarily on the testimony of the neighbor having seen only two sort of red stars at the end of the sighting.
However, I had the thought that there might still remain at the place in the grass some of these metallic droplets mentioned in the story.
