After the famous incident of "little men" of Kelly near Hopkinsville, Kentucky, USA, much publicized in the newspaper, other incidents were reported, including in several suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio, among those Camp Washington, where on August 26, 1955 in the evening, a child would have entered a state of hysteria after having seen what he said was a "green man" looking inside at the window of his home.
The police did arrest one Albert Snapp, aged 15, who, clad in underwear dyed in green, admitted that he had fun frightening his Cumminsville neighbors, but he denied that also did his masquerade in Camp Washington.

There is no UFO in this meager story of a "green" man behind a window. The witness is a child whose age is not even known, and obviously no ufological investigation was carried out on what could have been an ordinary prank inspired by the craze of the "little green men" at that time after the Kelly incident of - in which the creatures were not green, but became green by the litterary invention of an amused journalist.
