A catalog indicates that in Bloomington, California, USA, in September 1951, at 09:00 p.m. and at 09:15 p.m., Louise McDougall was sitting on the lawn outside their trailer park when she had the feeling someone was watching her.
She looked up and saw a flying saucer hovering some 20 feet up. It was lenticular, of perhaps 100 feet in diameter, and dull silver metallic appearance. There were tall rectangular windows in its lower half, in which could be seen against an amber glow four men, in one piece "jump suits," with shoulder length hair. She turned a spotlight on the saucer, whereupon it shot off silently at incredible speed.
About 15 minutes later it was back, hovering in the same spot, the figures still visible at the windows. After 6 or 7 minutes, it took off again to the southeast. Louise McDougall's husband and three other people also saw it. No other sources seem to mention the sighting.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates that in Bloomington, California, in September 1951, at 09:00 p.m. and at 09:15 p.m., Louise McDougall was sitting on the lawn outside their trailer park when she had the feeling someone was watching her. She looked up and saw a flying saucer hovering "not 20 feet up"; which was lenticular, of perhaps 100 feet in diameter, and of a "gunmetal silver" metallic appearance. Rosales indicates that his sources are the NICAP and Lucius Farish.
Although sources by NICAP and Lucius Farish are mentioned, I could not locate any of these nor other sources.
However, on January 22, 2013, a U.S. veteran and well-known ufologist informed me by email:
Dear Mr. Gross,
Your humanoid catalog lists the above case as no source found. It is in a case folder at the Center for UFO Studies.
