In a 1974 book about "apparitions", the Swiss champion of the "Ancien Astronauts" theory Eric von Däniken said that on June 27, 1947, the "Madonna appeared to the children Anton and Bertus van der Velden at Vorstenbosch, Holland, in a sky-blue dress and golden crown of lilies."
This then appeared in Albert Rosales' "humanoid encounters" catalogue on the Web in the 2000's.

[Ref. ed1:] ERICH VON DANIKEN:
27.6.1947 The Madonna appeared to the children Anton and Bertus van der Velden at Vorstenbosch, Holland, in a sky-blue dress and golden crown of lilies. |
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates that in Vorstenbosch, the Netherlands, on June 27, 1947, at an unknown time, two children, Anton and Bertus van der Velden, saw The Virgin Mary in a bluish dress and a crown made of gold lilies. Albert Rosales says that there is no other information.
The source is indicated as "Erich Von Daniken 'Erscheinungen'".
Erich von Däniken, (www.daniken.com), Swiss citizen, born in 1935, became famous by publishing from 1968 on, books translated worldwide claiming the influence of extraterrestrial visitors on the first human civilizations - what is now called the "Ancient Astronaut Theory". He used ideas already published in France by author Robert Charroux. In his book "Erscheinungen", there is a list of "Blessed Virgin" apparition reports, briefly described and without any indication of sources, such as this one, which he attributed to extraterrestrials influencing humanity through such supernatural manifestations of religious appearance. Some ufologists share this point of view and therefore cited the reports of this list, without any other effort.
One can read about this alleged apparition or so-called "CE3" in a non-ufology source, the "Dictionnaire des 'apparitions' de la Vierge Marie", book by René Laurentin and Patrick Sbalchiero, Fayard publisher, France, 2007:
VORSTENBOSCH (The Netherlands, Brabant): On June 27, 1947, Anton and Bertus Van der Velden, twelve and eleven years old, say they "see the Virgin in a golden light", wearing a crown of lilies and dressed with a blue dress. A rumor says that a second appearance will take place on the following Friday: 3,000 people come running, but to no avail: the two seers* were forbidden to leave the parental home. Father Liebrechts, parish priest of Vorstenbosh, remained very doubtful. |
