Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Albert Rosales indicates around 2005 in his catalog, that the Argentinean CE3 catalog "Proyecto CATENT" recorded a case in the Rio Negro in Argentina, in - or near - Bariloche; which would have taken place in autumn 1947, at ab unknown hour. All that is said is:

"A local Indian named Chuima reported seeing several oval shaped objects along with an object in the shape of a train hovering above and near a local lagoon. There was an uncanny silence in the air. He could see several short child-like figures walking near the object seemingly in the air. The entities seemed to be picking up round black "rocks" and passing them among each other."

Points to consider:

I tried to locate the data reported to be in the Proyecto CATENT entities catalogue, but the latter is essentially unpublished and I could not find it. I also failed to find any other source.

As it stands now, the case file is quite poor. In particular, there is no information about the first date of reporting, about the age of the witness at the time of the incident. The description of the beings is almost non-existent, we only know that they were "child-like", small.

This is regrettable, as this could be an early case, of high strangeness. But the credibility of the report is totally unknown because to the poor information..
