The source is indicated as "Antonio Faleiro, Brazil".

The author indicates that in 1939, by night, in Tres Serros, Minas Gerais, Brazil, one Sesefredo Silvera Gomes sees a circular metal object posed on the ground and at its sides three small humanoid beingss covered of black outfits. There are not other details given.

Jean Sider indicates that the source is Rosales, according to Antonio Faleiro, Brazil.

Points to consider:

"Tres Serros" is probably "Tres Cerros"; however there is no well-known place of such name in Brazil, so it might be a very small location, or a confusion with "Tres Cerros" in Uruguay or Argentina. The extremely short summary does not specify in which this would be.
