Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Coming apparently from a recent magazine, short ufological reports say that in May 1939, some residents of the agricultural zone of Horcajada in Spain saw the arrival of a two meters tall humanoid with legs of metallic appearance, wearing a uniform with a belt with brilliant buckle, resembling a soldier, moving above the fields by strange and awkward jumps, emitting flashes of light.

One Adelaida Rubio apparently stated that the appearances of the entity were always preceded by a powerful luminous flash, and described it as "a strange soldier", moving awkwardly with large steps.

This "steel soldier" was allegedly also seen in the localities of Cambroncino and Carabusino.

In May 1939, some residents of the Horcajada farmstead were startled by the unexpected arrival of a humanoid entity with metal legs, who was seen on a number of occasions. One of the witnesses, Adelaida Rubio, claims that the entity, whose appearances were always prefaced by a powerful flash, had the aspect of a "strange soldier", moving clumsily along with large strides.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Horcajada, Spain, in May 1939, at an unknown time, several locals including, Adelaida Rubio encountered a humanoid figure wearing a uniform that appeared to have metallic "legs." It emitted bright flashes of light and it moved over fields using strange jumps and clumsy bounding movements. According to some in the area it somehow resembled a "soldier."

The source is indicated as "Mundo Misterioso".

The website indicates that at dates of May 1939, the residents of Horcajada (Cáceres), like Adelaida Rubio, saw a being of more than two meters in height, metallic, with a shining belt and buckle, who walked awkwardly and with great steps. The being, called a "steel soldier" , was also seen in the localities of Cambroncino and Carabusino.

Points to consider:

The case is certainly strange, but I do not know if the source "Mundo Misterioso" is a reliable one or not.
