A testimony by mail received by Gerard Lebat in 2007 from one Raphaël M. claims that the latter, then a child, was playing in a large wild garden in Port Liautey in Morocco in May 1939 when he observed "a batrachian-type character" approximately 20 to 25 cm who moved without noise on two legs and by a temperature of 10 degrees.
Raphael Mr. observed it with curiosity and without fear. The creature disappeared with the arrival of other children.
The witness wondered about it for 40 years "before stumbling on a magazine that talked about this phenomenon."

Here is a testimony that I collected by mail last year (in 2007) and which go back to May 1939 between 13 and 16h. The witness Raphaël M. lives at with the address: xxxxxx 67 xxxxxxxxxxxxx (co-ordinates in the files of Les Repas Ufologiques Marrakchi). Whereas he was playing in a large wild garden in PORT LYAUTEY the child he was observed a character of the batrachian type of approximately 20 to 25 cm which moved without noise and by a temperature of 10 degrees. The character moved as a biped. He disappeared at the arrival of other children. Raphael observed it with curiosity and without fear. During 40 years asked himself questions before falling on a magazine that spoke about this phenomenon. We have just received this information. We inform a local investigator so as to hear the witness with an aim of getting maximum information on this file and to check the serious of the case. Thus we are just at the stage of the simple information which we check and analyze now. Thanks to "Alfred" for having communicated this file to us. |
