Points to consider:
Mark Opsasnick is a US writer and cultural historian who has authored seven books and many articles on "bigfoot", unexplained phenomena, popular culture and rock and roll music. The case certainly comes from his book "The Maryland Bigfoot Digest: A Survey of Creatures Sightings in the Free State", 2004.
Not only has this case of course has nothing to do with UFOs, but also, it is of very low strangeness and it is totally reasonable I thing, to wonder if this was a bear or a boar or some other perfectly usual animal.
