Apparently coming from Fortean researcher Chris Aubeck, a report catalogued by Albert Rosales says that in Carnaubeiras, Maranhao, Brazil, in 1930, at night, Jose Alves, 16-year-old, was rowing in his canoe at dusk, carrying a load of coconuts, when his oar touched something hard, then he saw a disproportionate large head in the water, totally bald, with huge bright eyes.
He tried to turn the boat around but could not, and then, terrified, he rowed away from the area.

Note: there is no "Brian Aubeck", as told in [ar1]. This is one Chris Aubeck, British Fortean researcher. He is certainly not the primary source of the case.
I note first that this story has nothing to do with UFO occupants sightings. We have an aquatic creature, and no UFOs.
Maranhão is a state in northeastern Brazil, with dense rainforest of the Amazon, beaches bordering the Atlantic Ocean, rivers, and freshwater lagoons.
What can we find that has "a big disproportionate head in the water, totally bald, with huge bright eyes"?

I obviously cannot "prove scientifically" that a dolphin is the explanation of the case; but I see no arguments against that.
