All that is known about this case is that "right after World War 1," in 1918 or 1919, in Saint-Victurnien, the Haute-Vienne, France, a man busy cutting wood saw a object in a meadow, surrounded by little men.

The witness and his wife are said the be deceased "now", the source LDLN 1992, gives no other information.

Jean Sider indicates that a CE3 took place according to the source "right after World War 1", in 1918 or 1919, in Saint-Victurnien, in Haute-Vienne.

The witness, now deceased like his wife was busy cutting wood when he saw an object in a meadow, surrounded by little men.

Jean Sider says there is no other detail given be his source; which is "LDLN #313, 1992, p. 25."

Points to consider:

We do not know what "object" was, we know nothing of the "little men." We do not know how the story came to light. Etc. Etc. It is regretable. I can not say anything about this case, except that there is insufficient information at this time.
