[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

Albert rosales says that in Asanova, Sarinskaya volost, Yekateringburg area, Perm, Ural, Russia, on August 7, 1914, at an unknown time, in an area of south of Krasnoufimsk, there were mass observations of mysterious flying devices. The population became extremely anxious and local newspapers “The Ural Life” and ‘Zauralsky kray” reported about the events. On the above date a strange flying device landed near the village of Asanova with two unknown persons onboard. The local clerk shot three times at the uninvited visitors, but without result. The Bashkirs (people of Bashkir nationality) who saw the two “men” close enough reported that they were dressed warmly (details remained unclear).

Albert Rosales says the source is "'Zauralsky kray' Newspaper, Ural, Russia, August 1914".

Points to consider:

In 1914, Russian Army aviation was the second in the world after the French Air Force.

The Russians had fifteen airship and numerous fighter, reconnaissance and bombing planes.

It would therefore have been nice to know if there were some engine noises, what the shape of the "UFO" was, etc.

Of course the "aliens" here are men, dressed warmly. Russian pilots, very probably, not aliens.

The general anxiety and gunshots at the craft are not surprising: world war 1 had started on July 28, 1914.
