According to Albert Rosales, the ufologists Mikhail Gershtein and Anton Anfalov reported that in V'jukhino, near Strizhov, Russia, on August 2, 1914, in daytime, two local peasant women were in a field when they noticed two "strange figures" on a remote and isolated meadow.
They were dressed in unusual "red suits" and moved near something grayish that lay on the ground.
The women became frightened and ran away.
Another peasant reported that something "big and dark" flew in the direction of the meadow, emitting a "rustling" sound as it flew over his head.
