Mystery books author Iker Jimenez indicates in a footnote on page of his book "Maldito El Paradiso" in 2003 a "curious information" he received from someone who signed on XX, about 1910 events in Navarra, Spain.
In the region of the villages of Facles and Lerin there is talk about about the appearance of a "white boy" who wept bitterly at dawn always at the same place on the way going towards the town of Estella. Some tell that hunter and cattle seller Ricardo Jimenez tried to grab the boy but at the sight of his monstrous face and his long legs he got scared, the boy clinging firmly to the horse's mane. Over the decades the incident has become a legend told in the region.
Although no UFO is involved here, a ufological version was written later by Albert Rosales not mentioning the legendary tone, not telling the the source is "XX", and calling the "white boy" a "creature".

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates that near Estella, Navarra, Spain, in 1910, at night, hunter and cow-herder Ricardo Jimenez was returning home on his horse late at night when he was confronted by a short child-like figure standing on the side of the road. The strange creature appeared to be making loud moaning sounds. Concerned, he dismounted from his horse and attempted to grab the figure but was horrified upon noticing that the figure had horrible distorted features and long extremities. He appeared to have been wearing a white tunic. Jimenez ran back to his horse and left the area but not before the strange creature attempted to grab the horse's reins with long skinny hands. Others in the area had reported encountering the same or similar creature.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Iker Jimenez, "El Paraiso Maldito" (Cursed Paradise).
He comments that "This type of encounter seems to be a worldwide phenomenon and has become almost intertwined with the urban legend motif."

The website says that in 1910 at "21:00", in Estella, Navarra, Spain, "Hunter and cow-herder Ricardo Jimenez was returning home on his horse late at night when he was confronted by a short child-like figure standing on the side of the road. Perhaps was there some deformed child left to himself there? Perhaps it was entirely invented?
Anyway, this obviously has nothing to do with the question of the UFO occupants.

Probably only a local urban legend. Not UFO-related.
