SOBEPS gives this information:

Mr. X. who lived north of Grand Réchain saw an object moving eastward between 6:52 p.m. and 6:49 p.m.

The object is said to have been identical to the one described in this other case.

And at Grand Rechain, Monsieur Maurice Xhibitte confirmed this sighting in detail, stating that he watched the thing coming at first from the north and then heading off eastwards.
