Ufo or drone on July 2, 2021, about sunset so about 8 p.m. a sphere that seems to be metallic was photographed in Mulhouse , is it a drone or a ufo?

Discussion:

The video is really made of only one still image, shown in full perhaps, then with various cropping and magnification. On the entire image, a black dot appears in the sky. Enlarged without smoothing, I get:

The UFO in question, of which this image, the date and the location Mulhouse, constitutes the entire report; it could therefore be a balloon, a drone, an extraterrestrial craft, a paper bag lifted by the wind , etc. etc.
