On the video hosting website Youtube appeared a so-called "exceptional" video and said to be "showing a UFO", under the title "The Artzenheim affair" with a date of 05/02/2020.
The video is presented as an "investigation by the association OVNI Investigation and the National Network of Investigators (president Daniel Robin)".
The video shows that a motorist driving on a small road, while driving, films with a mobile phone for about forty seconds an oblong thing that seems distant:

No information about an investigation is given, the video of the witness is just followed by some enlargements, which actually designate the "culprit", already known in other Alsatian places, as I explain in this file.

The video shows a sequence of a person driving a car on a small road while filming the road with a mobile phone held vertically. After 20 seconds of this video, coming out of a wooded area, the video shows this:

We can make out, almost drowned in the sound of the car's engine, a male voice saying that the thing remains "on the spot."
After about forty seconds during which the motorist drives while filming, the supposed UFO remains in place, and is lost to sight when it is hidden behind a curtain of trees.
The rest of the video does not include any "investigation", but a series of enlargements (smoothed) of several images of the video, and a slow motion version.

It was pretty obvious at first glance that this could be, once again, the Airship Paris touristic airship, which had already generated reports in the same region.
One of the enlargements carried out shows quite well the aspect of an airship, which, even without consulting my catalog, should have put the investigators who headlined "an exceptional video showing a UFO" on the track.
There is once again the problem of enlargements with "smoothing", which in 2020 is done automatically by the operating systems themselves... Which means that people are not even aware that this smoothing took place so as not to simply enlarge the "pixels" into larger squares.
Take for example the image I took from the video:

The supposed UFO is the small shape roughly in the middle of the image, a little above the forest. Here is an enlargement without smoothing:

We can clearly see here what are the "perverse" effects of smoothing: the UFO which is originally made up of only a few pixels, on which we understand that a logo such as "Airship Paris" or a nacelle or engines were not likely to be apparent, becomes with the smoothing a UFO which gives a misleading appearance of much better definition, on which one will be wrongly convinced that there is no logo, engine or nacelle...
That being said, one or the other image, with or without smoothing, still made it possible to understand that it was the Airship Paris dirigible:
