On December 4, 2013, someone posted a video on "YouTube", claiming that it shows a cigar-shaped object seen in the south of Mulhouse, France, by a man walking his dog.
It is said that he filmed it on December 3, 2013 with his digital reflex camera.
It is said that "UFOFilesTV" performed the publication on YouTube, that "Audio World Color" is the owner of all rights of distribution and "uploaded videos on our YouTube channel" and must be contacted for commercial use.
The 53 seconds video, visible below, shows something grayish, elongated, reminiscent of a flattened cloud, in daytime over a suburban forest, completely motionless at the beginning and seeming to move and disappear in the end.

This cigar-shaped object was sighted south of Mulhouse, France. A man has seen it during a walk with his dog. He has filmed it with his DSLR camera. "UFOFilesTV" has finished the project on YouTube. As of 2015, "UFOFilesTV" had published a score of alleged UFO videos, often said to come from European countries, on Youtube, but none were seriously investigated or documented by their care or by anyone else.
In this period it became very easy to create such video from scratch; so it has no probative value and the case neither since almost no information is given on the observation (context, hour, precise location, duration, etc.)
Here, my impression is that someone used an image of a flattened cloud to make the UFO. The animation and the "disappearance" would be quite easy to create.
Also note that such a thing in the sky in the south of Mulhouse (population ~100.000) would probably have be seen by many witnesses; I found no trace of any matching sighting report.
