Someone reported to the Alsatian association of ufology and astronomy SPICA, by the web, an observation of August 22, 2011 in Woerth-Reischshoffen.
The person said that at about 5:20 a.m., from his or her garden, smoking a cigarette as usual before leaving for work, he or she was watching his or her garden when suddenly all his or her body was chilled. He or she looked to the sky and a big light of a diameter bigger than the moon appeared.
Then this strange thing disappeared vertically in a split second.
The person confesses having been frightened, and would like to know if other people saw this phenomenon.

I see here a story of high strangeness, at least at first glance, to which I find no obvious ordinary explanation.
It should be noted that at this place, this date and this hour, the night was coming to an end but it was still quite dark; the moon was at the azimuth of 147 ° 55, an elevation of 60 ° 4 '. It had risen at 11:10 p.m. the day before and set at 02:34 p.m. It was in its first quarter with 47.5% of its surface illuminated.
