Summary:

On November 12, 2010, the Alsatian ufology association SPICA published on the UFO Web boards a call for witnesses about an observation in Soultz-sous-Forêts made on October 30, 2010.

They indicated that it was the observation of an intense white light in the sky towards the northeast, at 7 p.m., lasting 20 seconds.

There was apparently no further testimony after this call.
