In a listing of UFO sighting reports in the Haut-Rhin on their website, the Alsatian ufology association SPICA noted that on Friday, December 19, 2008 at 08:00 p.m. in Colmar, a luminous spot was seen. It remained unidentified for lack of information but SPICA emits the strong hypothesis is that the explanation is "reduced Aerospace".
