UFO observed on October 31, 2008, in the center of Alsace (France) , the observation lasted about 1 minute before the source of light disappeared.

Discussion:

The alleged witness is a young man from the Sélestat area.

During the 26 seconds of the video, there is no change of aspect of the green lights, only camera shakes. Increase of luminosity and/or contrast reaveals nothing around the lights.

I may think that this is not a "UFO" - whatever that may mean, but, for example, green leds of I do not know what electronic device, such as a TV decoder or mobile phone or computer etc.

Evaluation:

Possible hoax, green LEDs.
