ALSACAT-2005-04-12-BREITENBACH-1
In the ufological bulletin SPICA News #7 of January 2006, of the Alsatian association of ufology and astronomy SPICA, it is noted that a witness from Breitenbach contacted them through their website to report the sighting of a dot of light crossing the sky from east to west on April 12, 2005 at 9:30 p.m. After two flashes, this luminous dot had gone out.
The SPICA thought of the passage of a satellite, but could not find which one in the list of those who flew over the area that evening; and that it was therefore perhaps a military satellite, not listed in public databases.

The return of the triangle
A witness contacted us through our website to report the observation of a luminous dot crossing the sky from East to West at 9:30 p.m. After two blinks, this luninous dot extinguished. We think of the passage of a satellite, but we could not find which one in the list of those who have flownover the area that evening. Perhaps a military satellite, not listed in public bases.
[Image caption:] The phenomenon on August 22, 2002 in Illkirch Graffenstaden
That same day, April 12, around 11:30 p.m., this witness from Breitenbach heard a noise, which he compared to that of an earthquake, but coming from the sky.
Although this information is very weak in itself, we decided to meet with the witness, because the same night, at a different time, a few kilometers away, another witness, friend of the first, saw a very large triangle near Saales. According to what his friend said, he saw two red lights, placed at the ends. Of the more there was a white luminous reflection on the clouds, the witness thinks that it is the reflection of a light source placed above the phenomenon. AT Saales also a loud noise accompanied the triangular shape. Identical facts occurred on August 22, 2002 in the Strasbourg region, see issue 3 of our review. Our association launched an appeal for witnesses and opened an investigation.
On several other occasions, we have heard of him, unfortunately we do not have the contact details of the witnesses.
More in the next issue.

The case consisted in hearing a noise coming from above; but whereas the noise is described as misldy odd, it is not possible to claim that it came from an extraterrestrial craft rather than an erthly craft.
Possible plane or satellite, insufficient information, low strangeness.
