ALSACAT-1986-07-07-BISCHWILLER-1
The liaison bulletin La Ligne Bleue Survolée?, of the ufology group "Cercle Vosgien Lumières Dans La Nuit", in the #18 issue of 1987 published a catalog of observations in their sector, in which were noted several successive observations in Bischwiller in the Bas-Rhin, on July 7, 10, 12 and 14, 1986.
On those evenings, around 11 p.m., two people had observed the slow passage at high altitude of a light of almost spherical shape but with blurred outlines.
The catalog noted that the probable explanation is "satellites."

Classification: probable EXPLANATION by satellites.
It is specified that this case falls within those of "the theoretical territorial coverage of the "CNEGU" [committee of Northeastern France ufology groups] but located in departments not yet covered in practice more than occasionally."
For lack of precise data, for lack of other sources, I note the explanation given by the Cercle Vosgien Lumières Dans La Nuit.
