ALSACAT is my comprehensive catalog of UFO sighting reports in Alsace, the region is the North-East of France, whether they are "explained" or "unexplained".

Discussion:

Is it possible to get less information? Charles Garreau reported virtually nothing, gave no source, and I found no other source about such an event - all the later sources are just republishing what Garreau told.
