Summary:

In a general catalog of sighting reports of the Gironde written by the Bordeaux section of the C.F.R.U., published in the ufology magazine Ouranos in the fourth quarter of 1973, it is said that according to the Sud-Ouest newspaper for October 5, 1954, the following observation occurred:

Before October 5, 1954 therefore, in Saint-Macaire, Mr. Jean-Jacques Vidal reportedly saw a round object moving in the sky at a very fast pace leaving a greenish trace.
