In the 1950s, Guy Quincy, a French archivist interested in the question of the "mysterious celestial objects", compiled a catalog of sightings, without source or details, in which he noted a sighting on October 9, 1954, at 09:20 p.m. on Route Nationale 2 northeast of Le Bourget in the Seine-et-Marne, including engine stops and traffic jams.

Totally insufficient information.
Aimé Michel did mention several cases with "engine stops" on this date and around this hour (see my catalog), but described them very summarily; Guy Quincy is certainly not clearer.
(These keywords are only to help queries and are not implying anything.)
Le Bourget, Seine-Saint-Denis, engine stop, traffic jam
