Guy Quincy, a French archivist interested in the subject of "mysterious celestial objects", in the 1950s, compiled a list of observations; he noted in here a sighting at an unknown time on October 3, 1954 in "Corbigny / Nevers (Nièvre)".
He gave no other information and no source.
A German web database of UFO sighting reports lists circa 2010, without any other information, a sighting in Nevers, France, on Octobre 3, 1954.
