Summary:

In the 1960s, Jacques Vallée compiled a computer list of UFO sightings; which he published in his book "Les Phénomènes Insolites de l'Espace" in 1966, which noted that there had been a observation on October 3, 1954, in Eaubonne, Val-d'Oise.

His list gave no other information and no source.
