In his 1954 book "Flying Saucers Uncensored", the British wriiter Harold T. Wilkins told that "cigar-shaped objects" were seen at Coulommiers, and police photographed marks left by a strange mushroom-shaped object.

Luc Chastan indicates in his database that in the Seine et Marne in Coulommiers on October 2, 1954, at an unknown hour, "the machine in the shape of cigar was seen in Coulommiers, and the police photographed marks left by a strange object of mushroom shape." (Uncertain date)".

Probable non-event:

Wilkins relied on the Press, often with incorrect translations and inaccuracies in places, dates.

The mushroom-shaped object was probably that of Ligescourt on October 1, 1954. The alleged observation at Coulommiers remains to be clarified.
