In his 1958 book on the French wave of 1954, Aimé Michel indicated that on September 27, 1954, around 10:45 p.m., there was an observation on the Paris region, with quite a few witnesses including a policeman from Bagnolet.
An object has passed at the zenith, the policeman claiming to have discerned very clearly a flat disc, of greenish white color, surrounded by an orange halo.
[Ref. aml1:] AIME MICHEL:
According to the French ufologist Aimé Michel, on the night of September 27, at about 10:45 p.m., an observation occurred in the area of Paris, with quite a number of witnesses including a gendarme [police officer] of Bagnolet. An object went by at the zenith, the gendarme claimed that he has been able to clearly distinguish a flat disc, greenish-white, surrounded by an orange halation.
