From a newspaper clipping of their personal files, the two ufologists report that a landing occurred on October 27, 1954, in Plemet in the Côtes-du-Nord.
André Treussard who went in Morbihan accompanied by a friend was close to La Chère when they were suddenly dazzled by a shining disc, so much that they had to stop.
Within 100 meters approximately of their car, they saw in a field a machine in the shape of boat, of a length from 4 to 5 meters. The two men did not dare to approach. The machine flew away almost at once. In Treglamus (50 km in the NW) several people saw a similar machine.

The two authors indicate that on October 27, 1954, at an unspecified hour, in Plémet, André Treussard and a friend who remained anonymous went to the Morbihan when they were suddenly dazzled by a shining disc.
They stopped, and observed within 100 meters of their vehicle a luminous craft in the shape of boat posed on the road.
They did not dare to approach, and the machine took off almost at once.
The two authors indicate that their sources are the Vallée catalogue, which roughly dates the case as of October 25, 1954, and the book by Garreau and Lavier which dates as of October 27, 1954.

The Belgian ufologist indicates that in 1954, on October 27, in France, in Plemet (Côtes du Nord) "André Treussard went to Morbihan, accompanied of a friend. Close to Chèze they were suddenly dazzled by a shining disc, to such extent that they had to stop. At 100 m approximately of their car they saw in a field a machine in the shape of a boat, 4 to 5 meters long. The two men did not dare to approach. The machine flew away almost at once. In Tréglamus (50 km with the N.O.) several people saw a similar machine."

Luc Chastan indicates that in the Côtes of Armor in Plémet on October 27, 1954 at an unknown hour "Two witnesses go to Morbihan, they are suddenly dazzled by a shining disc, they must stop. Within 100 meters of the vehicle, a luminous machine in the shape of a boat is posed in a field. The two observers do not dare to approach. The apparatus takes off almost at once."
The source is indicated as "Ovni, Premier dossier complet... par Figuet M./ Ruchon J.L. ** éd. Alain Lefeuvre 1979".

PLEMET (COTE D'AMOUR [sic] : FRANCE) Andre Treussard and a friend were driving from Morbihan, when near a place called La Chere, they were blinded and forced to stop by a blinding light. It came from a "boat shaped " object 4-5m long, in a meadow, 100m away. They did not dare go any closer and the thing took off almost immediately.
