[Ref. ldl1:] UFOLOGY MAGAZINE "LUMIERES DANS LA NUIT":
This magazine indicates that in Messeix in the Puy-de-Dôme, in the end of the afternoon on October 16, 1954 more than 300 people saw a machine moving slowly very high in the sky and emitting red and green lights. The magazine indicates the newspaper the Mountain of October 16 as source.
[Ref. lcn1:] LUC CHASTAN:
Luc Chastan indicates that in the "Puy de Dômes" in Meissex on October 16, 1954 "In the end of the afternoon more than 300 people saw very high in the sky an object moving slowly while emitting red and green lights."
The source is noted "Les OVNI vus de près by Gross Patrick ** http://ufologie.net".
I do not see why this object would not simply be a plane.
