In the 1990s, searching in his documentation to check the cases dated for September 24, 1954, supposed to form an alignment with Bayonne and Vichy as places of reference, Michel Jeantheau did not discover anything at that date in Besançon, contrary to what Jacques Vallée listed; but he discovered among other things an observation near Besançon by a vaguemestre on September 15, 1954.
Michel Jeantheau gave no other information and gave no source.
[Ref. mju1:] MICHEL JEANTHEAU:
While browsing his documentation to check the cases allotted to the September 24 of 1954 that presumably formed an line with Bayonne and Vichy as reference points, Michel Jeantheau did not discover anything on this date in Besancon, as opposed to what Jacques Vallée listed, but he discovered among others an observation in the vicinity of Besancon by a post orderly on September 15, 1954.
Totally insufficient information.
