Summary:

In 1969, ufologist Jacques Vallée indicated that from his "personal" sources, on October 14, 1954, at 08:10 p.m., on the road connecting Thieulloy-la-Ville to Beauvais, Mr. Covemacker saw an object that flew over his car, and at the same time, the headlights went out.

The object continued to the north, apparently following a train.

There will be nothing more on the matter, except that in 1979, the "skeptical" ufologists Gérard Barthel and Jacques Brucker, who give the time as 08:20 p.m., announced they made an investigation, which comes down to announcing that the witness refused to give them information on his observation.
