In 1958, the ufologist Aimé Michel reported that on October 14, 1954, around 06:30 p.m., in Louhans, Mr. Pasquier, sub-prefect of Louhans, and Mr. Delaye, his secretary general, had observed a green luminous object passing in the sky.

The two authors indicate that near Saint-Germain-des-Bois in the Saône-et-Loire on October 19, 1954, the deputy prefet of Louhans and his secretary saw a green gleam cross the sky at very high speed.

The two authors note this case of October 14, 1954:

"Louhans - 71 - 06:10 p.m.: investigation. The witness confirms: green luminous phenomenon."

The Belgian ufologist indicates that in 1954, on October 19 in France, in Saint Germain du Bois, "At 06:30 p.m. Misters Pasquier, deputy prefect of Louhans and Delaye, secretary-general, note the passage of a green luminous object. (Aime Michel: 'M.O.C.' Seghers pub., p. 231 which almost locates this observation by error at the 10/14/54)... at the same place of the observation of Mr. Lonjarret on October 14."

The second source is noted "M. FIGUET/ J.L. RUCHON: "Ovni, Premier dossier complet..." Alain Lefeuvre pub. 1979, p. 164".

Luc Chastan indicates in his database that in the Saone et Loire in Louhans on October 14, 1954 at 18:30 hours "the underprefect and his secretary-general observe a luminous object of green color".

The source is noted: "M.O.C. by Michel Aimé ** Arthaud 1958".
