In the ufology magazine Lumières Dans La Nuit #96 of December 1968, appeared a brief report of an observation of the night of August 14 to 15, 1954, made and reported by Mr. Harhehboure, who says he saw with his family had seen three craft above Feurs and Panissières, whose size was equal to the apparent disk of the moon that they had also seen.

3 craft observed by me and my family above Feurs and Panissières. The size was equal to the apparent disc of the moon that we also saw.
Communicated by Mr. F. HAREHBOURE
Note: Mr. Harehboure is referred to elsewhere in this magazine as a "UFO hunter since 1954", since he communicated other sightings to the magazine, which are not his own sightings but reports he collected in his region, in 1966, 1967, 1968.

Pannissières is 10 km in straight line northeast of Feurs.
I have no idea what these people may have seen. If it was indeed three things as big as the Moon, that does not seem to me to be ordinary. But the report is too brief for me to go any further.
I can add that at midnight between August 14 and 15, 1954, the Moon was a full Moon, indeed visible from Feurs, at 30° elevation.
