In the revised 1966 version of his book "Mystérieux Objets Célestes" of 1958, Aimé Michel reported without any detail nor source a sighting that would be part of an "alignment" of sightings, at Cortevaix, on October 13, 1954.
It seems that Jacques Vallée gave the date of a Cortevaix sighting as October 12, 1954 and the hour as 06:30 p.m.
A US website citing Vallée tells: "An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One object was observed by one witness."
[Ref. aml3:] AIME MICHEL:
[...] the line joining two other observations of that day [October 13, 1954]: Cortevaix, 70 kilometers to the northwest, and Romans, 10 kilometers south-south-east. This is the only alignment that can be seen that day.
